The Challenge
We are seeking a strategic, commercially minded Senior Principal / Director, HR Country Manager to serve as the HR leader for our Madrid office, our hub for the EMEA region. This role will be based in Madrid and will provide visible, on-site leadership for the site while partnering closely with local leaders and integral People stakeholders on both day-to-day operations and broader business strategy. The role combines executive partnership, strong operational and compliance oversight, and hands-on support for complex people matters in Spain.
