We are currently looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect to join our team and lead the architecture of a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;) platform within a large multinational environment.
As a Solution Architect , you will act as the bridge between Business and IT, defining the end-to-end architecture of a complex Dynamics 365 F&O; ecosystem. You will drive architectural decisions across multiple applications, integrations, and stakeholders, ensuring scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions.
- Define the end-to-end functional and technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;).
- Analyze business requirements and perform fit-gap assessments to identify standard functionalities,



customizations, and integration needs.
- Promote Microsoft best practices, minimizing unnecessary custom developments and ensuring long‐term maintainability.
- Design data migration strategies, master data models, and data governance approaches.
- Define integration architecture using APIs, event‐driven architecture, ETL, messaging, and other enterprise integration patterns.
- Design security models, role‐based access, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Define environment strategy, ALM processes, deployment pipelines, and testing approaches.
- Lead cutover planning and go‐live activities, ensuring a smooth transition into production.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor cross‐functional teams, and collaborate with implementation partners and business stakeholders.
