About the Role
We're looking for our very first Total Rewards and People Analytics, a genuine ground-floor opportunity to shape how we reward and support our people, from scratch.
This isn't a role where you'll inherit a fully built-out framework or an existing playbook. You'll be the architect:



designing our pay structures, benchmarking strategy, benefits offering, and total rewards philosophy from the ground up, and setting the standards that will guide how we compensate people for years to come.

Conduct salary benchmarking and compensation analysis using internal and external market data.
