About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director - Human Resources to join Jumeirah Mallorca.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

Lead the people strategy for Jumeirah Mallorca’s refurbishment and reopening journey, ensuring colleagues are informed, supported, and inspired as the hotel prepares for a landmark new chapter in its story.
Translate Jumeirah’s people priorities into a clear property HR plan that strengthens colleague experience, operational readiness, and the delivery of warm, generous service in a luxury hospitality environment.
Partner closely with the General Manager and Regional Director of HR to guide leaders, build trust and accountability, and create the conditions for colleagues to perform at their best.
