Position: Product Manager
Location : Reus or Barcelona
Remote: 2 days of remote work per week.

Join a fast-growing French scale-up expanding internationally and launching its operations in Spain.

You would be the 2nd Product Manager joining the team, playing a key role in building the local product organization while remaining closely connected to the French Product teams.

Main missions

Analyzing user and stakeholder needs to identify priorities and define relevant product solutions
Building and managing the product roadmap and backlog in line with business, regulatory, and strategic requirements
Contributing to the evolution of the product offering and structuring solutions tailored to different customer segments
Coordinating with technical and design teams to ensure timely delivery and a high-quality user experience
Ensuring strong alignment and communication with internal teams (marketing, support, ERP Consultant)

Your Profiles





3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally experiences with ERP & SaaS
Knowledge in accounting and fiscality is a nice to have
Experiences with accounting and legal firms in Spain (Experience with accounting of legal firms in Spain (asesorías y despachos profesionales)
Experience working with AI-powered solutions is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure and prioritize complex topics
Proactive, collaborative, and comfortable in a fast-scaling environment
Excellent communication skills, able to adapt your message to different stakeholders
Lan guages: Native Spanish speaker, fluent in French or English.
