Responsible for operations, monitoring (e.g., using Zabbix), documentation, deployments, and troubleshooting of the platform and related services. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and teams across laboratory and production environments, ensuring seamless operational readiness. Coordinate technical activities and service delivery with the external vendor HCL. Participate in on-call support and incident response activities; night shifts are required only on rare occasions. Apply expertise in TCP/IP networking,



system tracing, root cause analysis, and Linux-based environments. Experience with scripting and automation is considered an advantage, but is not mandatory.
Activity Description
Manage designated IT applications and systems, serving as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders and key users. Gather, define, and implement requirements for the enhancement of system modules, including interface integration and optimization. Analyze systems and develop measures to ensure stability, availability, performance, and security. Provide functional leadership and coordination of internal and external IT service providers, including development and hosting partners. Contribute to IT budget planning, forecasting, and cost control activities. Lead projects for the implementation of new solutions and the enhancement of existing systems and services.
