About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to join our team in Gavà as a Support Engineer - MTP. You will collaborate with our engineering department to develop new applications and improve existing ones, delivering solutions that add value for both our customers and our business.
Main responsibilities (not limited to):




Installing machine tool probes at customer sites.
Providing technical training to customers.
Providing technical support and assistance to customers.
Developing applications and delivering software demonstrations.
Managing technical support cases and the corresponding reporting in the CRM.
Requirements:
Technical Engineering degree or equivalent, preferably in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
CFGS in Mechatronics, Mechanics or Electronics.
Specific training in the field would be an advantage.
Excellent ability to work independently, with experience in solving complex problems and a clear results-oriented approach.
Customer-oriented.
Proactive, rigorous and detail oriented.
Comfortable working in changing environments, flexible, and able to foster a positive working atmosphere and a collaborative environment.
Experience installing machine tool probes.
Knowledge of the operation and programming of Fanuc, Heidenh
