Role description We are looking for a Digital Project Manager to join our team in Barcelona. This is a full-time hybrid role, with the flexibility to work from home up to 4 days per week. You will coordinate the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including apps, websites, UX/UI, branding and digital marketing initiatives. You will be the link between our clients and multidisciplinary team, making sure projects move forward efficiently while maintaining realistic timelines and high quality standards.
Your responsibilities
Manage international, cross-cultural projects across web/app development, UX/UI, branding and digital marketing Build project roadmaps, sprints,



priorities and realistic delivery timelines Coordinate designers, developers, marketing specialists, external partners and clients Translate client requirements into structured, actionable tasks for the team Proactively follow up on deliverables, dependencies and outstanding actions Identify potential risks, blockers and delays early and propose solutions Test and verify deliverables before they are presented or released to clients Run regular project meetings and progress calls with clients and internal teams Keep clients informed while balancing their expectations with the team's capacity and project requirements Review and improve internal project management processes Qualifications Min 3 years managing digital projects from planning through delivery Min 2 years working with web/app development and/or UX/UI teams Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously without losing track of details Strong
