This program is designed for final-year students and recent graduates with a strong academic background, a high level of English and a keen interest in global financial markets.



You will join an international and fast-paced environment, gain hands-on exposure to live business activity and develop the technical, commercial and interpersonal skills needed to build your career in Corporate & Investment Banking. The program is expected to start in July or September 2027, depending on the country.

For this year's edition, the vacancies within these teams will be based in the following locations: Paris, Madrid and London.

As part of Santander Future Talents: Santander CIB Graduate Program Europe - Integral Markets - Structuring, you will contribute to Integral Markets activities and work alongside experienced professionals across Europe. Some of your responsibilities will be:
