We are seeking a highly motivated Deputy Project Manager to support the delivery of a major pumped storage hydropower project in Spain. The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in overseeing all aspects of project execution, with a particular focus on civil engineering works, including tunnels, shafts, dams, underground caverns, and hydraulic structures. This project will be based in Ponferrada, near Leon and we offer certain flexibility location-wise.

Your Main Responsibilities

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of the project lifecycle.
Lead and supervise civil engineering activities, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of civil works.
Monitor construction progress, manage risks, and implement mitigation st
