What you will do • Oversee the full transaction lifecycle, from reservation agreements to final registration • Draft and review deposit agreements, reservations, and purchase options • Conduct thorough due diligence: land registry checks, encumbrances, urban planning, community status, occupancy certificates, and energy performance certificates • Coordinate seamlessly with notaries, financial institutions, and legal/administrative partners • Manage tax settlements (ITP, AJD, capital gains, IRNR for non-residents) • Provide direct, high-touch service to both buyers and sellers,
