We are currently looking to expand our Madrid office with a passionate Recruitment Consultan t who speaks English and is driven by talent and clean energy Responsibilities: Identify and recruit mid-level and senior professionals for companies. Conduct CV screenings and competency-based interview, Manage full-cycle recruitment processes: from initial contact to offer presentation. Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them throughout the hiring journey. Collaborate on market mapping and talent analysis Sttend industry events and conferences to stay up to date with sector trends.
