Description and Location We are looking for an experienced CMDB Application Developer & Reporting Specialist to join a global Digital Workplace organization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining a centralized CMDB solution, ensuring data quality, automation, reporting excellence and governance across the IT environment.

100% On-site position (Getafe or Sevilla)
English B2 level or higher is required Key Responsibilities Design and develop CMDB management applications and workflows. Create user-friendly interfaces for Configuration Item (CI) management. Integrate multiple data sources through APIs and connectors. Automate data collection, synchronization and validation processes. Define and maintain CMDB data models and CI relationships. Develop operational and executive dashboards. Implement KPI and SLA reporting frameworks. Monitor CMDB health, data quality and governance indicators. Support service mapping, discovery and asset management initiatives. Prepare technical documentation, user guides and governance procedures. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 3 years of experience in application development. Strong knowledge of database design and SQL. Experience with REST API integrations. Experience in data modelling and analytics.



Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions. Knowledge of KPI design and performance monitoring. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work autonomously in international environments. Professional level of English.
Preferred Skills Google App Sheet. Google Apps Script. Big Query. Looker Studio. Microsoft Power Platform. Power BI. Python. Java Script. ETL and data integration tools. Service Now CMDB or Remedy CMDB.
CMDB & ITSM Knowledge ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge. Configuration Management processes. Asset Management. Service Mapping. Discovery tools. Data Governance practices. Service Now CMDB experience is highly valued.
