Responsibilities

Previous experience in full-cycle recruiting, owning a process end to end: sourcing, calibration, screening, interviews, offer, and close. Proven track record of recruiting and sourcing in the US, UK market. A track record of closing candidates, not just moving them through a pipeline. Comfortable sourcing and engaging candidates directly. This role has no one else building your pipeline for you. Experience running calibration conversations with hiring managers and pushing back when a brief doesn't match the market.



Comfortable working against KPIs and timelines in a fast-moving environment. Strong written and verbal communication in English and Spanish, with high proficiency/fluency in Catalan.

Required Skills

Experience recruiting for tech environments, engineering, technical, or industrial roles. Previous experience recruiting specifically for the financial or fintech sector. Agency background or experience in a hyper-growth start-up. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment analytics tools.
