We are looking for a data-driven, analytical and commercially minded Amazon e Commerce Analyst & Demand Planner to join our team.
This role sits at the intersection of e Commerce, demand planning and commercial analytics, turning POS, inventory and sales data into clear forecasts, actionable insights and operational decisions.
The position will support Amazon account management, demand planning and day-to-day business performance across EMEA.
The main tasks of the position are: The Amazon e Commerce Analyst & Demand Planner will be responsible for analyzing commercial data, supporting forecasting activities, monitoring Amazon operational health and acting as a bridge between Sales, Planning and Operations.
Commercial Analytics & Insight Generation • Build and maintain regular state-of-the-business dashboards using revenue, POS and inventory data • Analyze sell-out, sell-in, rejections, stock cover and purchasing trends to support strategy development and decision-making • Identify incremental sales opportunities and potential business risks through data analysis • Deliver clear, data-backed recommendations to internal stakeholders • Present findings and insights to senior executives and external customer teams when required • Collaborate with Marketing,
Finance and Product teams on third-party data to enrich commercial understanding Demand Planning & Forecasting • Support Sales and Demand Planning with long-range forecasting • Integrate commercial signals into the S&OP; process • Work closely with the Wholesale Demand Planning team to align forecasts and monitor inventory shifts and risks • Monitor stock cover and support the maintenance of optimal inventory levels • Maintain the central planning database up to date by season • Ensure planning data is accurate and available to support buy decisions and replenishment planning Amazon Operational Health & Vendor Central • Monitor and maintain Amazon account operational health on a daily basis • Track key metrics including stock levels, inventory shifts and confirmation rates • Maintain close communication with the Amazon Customer Success team regarding chargeback reports • Regularly review Amazon reports and proactively flag potential risks • Manage action items within Amazon Vendor Central • Support operational tasks, ad hoc requests and recurring activities within Vendor Central Cross-functional Collaboration & Process Improvement • Act as the bridge between Sales, Planning and operational functions including Demand Planning,
Supply Chain and Amazon Operations • Ensure information flows accurately between business stakeholders and operational teams • Proactively identify process gaps and recommend improvements to reduce friction and improve business performance • Document process implementations • Build easy-to-use KPI tracking tools so the Sales team can monitor territory performance Position requirements: Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics or a related field • 2–4 years of experience in an e Commerce, data analytics, demand planning or commercial operations role • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and XLOOKUP • Working xqbhyrx knowledge of SAP (SD/MM) for sales and inventory data • Hands-on experience with Amazon Vendor Central • Experience building dashboards and reporting tools • Experience translating complex data into clear business insights • Experience supporting Sales or Demand Planning functions Competences: • Strong accountability and drive for results • Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills • Action-oriented and proactive approach • Strong planning and organizational skills • Ability to build effective relationships with cross-functional teams • Customer-focused mindset • Strong operational excellence • Ability to work effectively with complex data and translate it into actionable insights Preferred • Experience with Power BI or equivalent dashboarding tools • Familiarity with third-party data sources such as NPD or similar • Background in e Commerce, retail or consumer goods • Familiarity with action sports, outdoor or performance gear industry • Experience working with cross-functional teams in an EMEA or international context
