Punto Health is building a new model for continuous cognitive care. We connect what happens in healthcare settings with what happens in everyday life, helping people access personalised cognitive support while giving healthcare and care teams better tools and insight over time. We work across Spain and the UK, and are entering an exciting new stage with major product developments and a new brand experience launching this autumn. We're now looking for a Marketing & Content Manager, Spain to help grow Punto's presence, community and commercial reach in Spain. The role
We're looking for a hands-on marketer and content creator who can turn what is happening at Punto into stories people actually want to read, watch and share. You'll work closely with our CEO and our clinical, product and commercial teams across Linked In, Instagram, email, events, website content and campaigns. We want someone curious and proactive who sees a good story and thinks: we should do something with this.

What you'll do

Own and execute Punto's marketing and content calendar in Spain Create content across Linked In, Instagram, email and other channels Help launch and grow our Instagram presence, including Reels, Stories and short-form video Support content for our founder's Linked In Turn product developments, research, clinical collaborations and milestones into compelling content Plan campaigns for hospitals, healthcare organisations,



home care providers and care homes Support our newsletters, Hub Spot campaigns, landing pages and forms Capture content at selected events, partner visits and care settings Track audience growth, engagement and marketing-generated commercial opportunities What we're looking for
You'll probably have around 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, content, social media, community or a related role. You should have: Excellent written and spoken Spanish Strong professional English and Catalan Strong writing and storytelling skills A good understanding of Linked In and Instagram Experience creating content from idea through to publication Confidence creating and editing short-form video Good visual judgement and experience with Canva, Figma or similar tools Strong organisation, initiative and attention to detail Nice to have Experience in healthcare, healthtech, ageing, care or wellness Startup or fast-growth experience Hub Spot or email marketing experience Photography or videography skills Experience with events, B2 B marketing or lead generation Healthcare experience is a plus, but it isn't essential. We'd rather work with a great marketer and content creator who is curious about the sector and eager to learn.
