- Serve as a trusted advisor to the GM and Sales Leadership on commercial strategy and business performance
- Translate corporate objectives into actionable go-to-market plans and operational priorities
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and business planning processes to support predictable revenue growth
- Identify growth opportunities and performance risks through data-driven analysis and executive insights
- Drive strategic initiatives that improve revenue generation, productivity, and organizational effectiveness
- Contribute to the development of the revenue operations analytics roadmap to support scale and efficiency
- Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and operating standards across the division
- Lead high-impact projects that support long‑term growth and operational excellence
- Partner with Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams to align priorities and deliver business outcomes

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Strategy, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or related functions
- Demonstrated success partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive revenue growth, business performance, and strategic planning initiatives
- Proven experience leading forecasting, pipeline governance, business planning, territory design, quota allocation, and performance management processes
- Strong track record of delivering executive-level insights and recommendations that influence strategic and operational decision‑making
- Experience leading complex, cross‑functional initiatives within high‑growth or matrixed organizations
- Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and commercial performance indicators, including ARR, pipeline cov
