At Next Job Abroad, we're currently recruiting Danish-speaking Customer Assistance Coordinators on behalf of our client in sunny Torrevieja, Spain.
You'll become part of a multicultural team supporting customers across the Nordic region while building valuable international work experience and enjoying life on the Spanish coast.
As a Customer Assistance Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for customers who require support in unexpected situations.
Your role is to guide, reassure and coordinate practical solutions while ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish.
Coordinate practical solutions and support services
Deliver a high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment
Are fluent in Danish and have a good level of English
Have previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
Enjoy helping people and creating positive customer experiences
