We are currently looking for a P&C; Specialist - Projects & Data Analysis to support integral P&C; digitalisation initiatives and contribute to the continuous improvement of HR applications, processes and reporting. Location: Barcelona Your responsibilities
- Support and coordinate global P&C; digitalisation projects , including local implementation
- Lead smaller projects or sub-projects and contribute to defining system requirements
- Support Success Factors applications and coordinate with 2nd and 3rd-level support
- Coordinate testing, release management and user training
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of onboarding and offboarding processes
- Drive improvements in P&C; data quality , particularly across subsidiaries
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reporting




- Support global HR controlling and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts and external partners
- Contribute to change requests and continuous application improvements Your profile Degree or professional background in People & Culture / HR or IT Strong experience with SAP Success Factors , ideally across several modules such as Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals, Learning, Recruiting, People Analytics and Compensation & Variable Pay Experience working in an international environment , ideally with global Success Factors implementations Strong analytical and organisational skills Experience in project management and coordinating multiple stakeholders Fluent English is required; German would be an advantage A structured, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with an interest in HR technology and continuous improvement If you
