We'regrowing fast — and we need someone who can keep ourpeople operationsrunning just as smoothly. As our People Operations Partner in Spain,you'llown the full employee lifecycle, keep us compliant, and make sure every person atFourthlinefeels supported from day one.
Thisisn'ta box-ticking role. You'llwork autonomously, solve problems before they become issues, and help shape thepeopleexperience in a companythat'sbuilding something meaningful.
Whatyou'lldo
Employee lifecycle — Manage everything from onboarding tooffboardingcontracts, amendments, probation periods, and all employment documentation.



You keep our recordsaccurateand our processes airtight.
Payroll & admin — Own monthly payroll in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external providers. Accurate, compliant, on time — every time. You'llalso manage benefits, leave, and people-related reporting.
Employee support — Be the go-to person for day-to-day questions on policies, benefits, and employment matters. You bring clarity, not complexity.
Compliance &labourrelations; — Stay ahead of Spanishlabourlaw and employment regulations. Monitor legislative changes, advise managers, and keep our policies sharp and up to date.
Continuous improvement — Spot what can be done better and do something about it. You'lldrive processoptimizationand bring scalable, efficient solutions to ourpeople'soperations.
What you bring
- 5+ years in People Operations, with solid hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of Spanishlabourlaw, employment regulation
