This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on shaping the next generation of an AI-native CRM platform designed for modern go-to-market teams. You will own critical parts of the product experience, translating complex technical systems into intuitive, scalable, and high-performing user workflows. The role blends strategic product vision with hands-on execution, requiring deep collaboration with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams. You will operate in a fast-paced environment where decisions are driven by a mix of data, intuition, and customer insight. Accountabilities
- Own and drive core areas of the product, contributing directly to overall product strategy and roadmap direction.




- Collaborate closely with engineering to design scalable, adaptable, and intuitive systems that balance usability with technical depth.
- Translate complex technical architecture, including data models, APIs, and system performance considerations, into clear product decisions.
- Identify and evaluate opportunities where AI can meaningfully enhance core user workflows and product capabilities.
- Define and track product metrics and signals that inform strategic decisions and measure customer value.
