We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI Innovation Team in Barcelona , supporting Life Sciences & Healthcare (LS&H;) products. As AI initiatives continue to scale rapidly across R&D;, Commercial, and MedTech, you will work closely with product teams to embed AI into customer-facing solutions. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, or related technical field, or relevant equivalent work experience.
7+ years of experience in Product Management within technology-driven environments, ideally involving data products.
The idóneo candidate will have experience in the life sciences sector with familiarity across R&D;, MedTech, and Commercial functions, complemented by an understanding of AI-driven innovation within the industry.
Master’s in business administration (MBA) or Product Management certification.
Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to design and deliver scalable, production‑ready AI solutions.
