We're looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team and play a key role in our growth. If you enjoy working with data, optimizing campaigns, and seeing the direct impact of your work, we'd love to meet you.
You'll play a key role in our performance marketing strategy, with a strong initial focus on SEM across multiple European markets. Own bidding strategy, keyword architecture, and continuous A/B testing.
Use data and analytics to drive down CPA and push ROAS higher.
Partner cross-functionally with SEO, Content, and Creative to align messaging and landing experiences.
Contribute to future social media initiatives,

Report performance clearly to both technical and business stakeholders, translating numbers into actionable insight.
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns.
~ Strong analytical skills, comfortable with campaign tracking tools and translating data into action.
~ Experience running A/B tests and optimizing landing pages for conversion.
~ Track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.
~ Experience with social media strategy or management is a plus, as we're looking to grow this channel in the future.
~ Detail-oriented and strategic, with the communication skills to align technical and non-technical teams around a shared goal.
