- Design and development of stamping, bending and cutting tools, with special focus on high-speed progressive dies.
- Preparation of 2D and 3D technical documentation for manufacturing, assembly and validation.
- Analysis of technical feasibility of parts, including material behavior and forming constraints.
- Follow-up of tool manufacturing, assembly, try-out and industrialization, ensuring achievement of performance targets.
- Lead and support tool debugging and troubleshooting during ramp-up and serial production.
- Propose and implement technical improvements to increase tool lifetime, robustness, OEE and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate with suppliers (design reviews, technical discussions, negotiations) and ensure alignment with specifications.
- Coordinate with other ARaymond plants to share best practices and support industrialization projects.
- Ensure compliance with automotive standards and customer requirements. xhfqzwm
