Docplanner Group operates a general healthcare platform that connects patients with doctors across 13 countries. Its marketplaces, SaaS, and AI tools help doctors, clinics, and hospitals work more efficiently.

Задачи

- Own 5+ searches at a time, leading the full recruitment process from intake to offer acceptance;

- Partner with hiring managers to define success profiles, build pipelines, run effective and fair assessment processes, and close outstanding talent;

- Build processesthat identify candidates who can succeed today and grow with the business;

- Evaluate assessment quality, candidate signals, and long-term hiring outcomes;

- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, HR, and leadership teams;

- Bring market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent trends to hiring decisions;

- Represent Docplanner from the first conversation through onboarding;

- Build lasting candidate relationships and maintain strong talent networks;

- Use data to identify bottlenecks, improve conversion rates, and make better hiring decisions;

- Leverage AI tools to increase recruiter effectiveness, improve stakeholder experience, and create better candidate outcomes;





- Share best practices and help scale effective approaches across the team;

- Drive measurable improvements through projects related to sourcing, process efficiency, stakeholder management, employer branding, market intelligence, compensation insights, or AI adoption. xhfqzwm

- Experience operating in high-growth environments where quality mattered;

- Quickly identify strong talent and separate signal from noise;

- Run disciplinedprocesses, manage details, communicate proactively, and use technology effectively;

- Balance multiple competing priorities while maintaining a high execution standard;

- Understand hiring team and candidate needs and make thoughtful trade-offs;

- Be comfortable with talent mapping, market research, sourcing strategy, and stakeholder alignment;

- Fluency in English;

- Nice to have: Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or other additional languages.
