At Appodeal, we’re more than just a company—we’re a team united by a common mission: We are looking for a talented and driven Senior Data Analyst to join our AdNetwork team. As a Senior Data Analyst , you will play a key role in analyzing advertising data and developing insights to optimize our platform's performance. You will work closely with the Data Analyst Team Lead to implement data strategies and mentor junior team members.
Independently identify and execute high-impact data analysis projects.
Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on projects.
Design and implement A/B tests for marketing, app monetization,



and product features.
Create and maintain dashboards for monitoring key advertising metrics.
Develop automated reporting solutions and data pipelines.
Support data infrastructure improvements and maintenance.
4+ years of experience in data analysis in the adtech, mobile, or marketing industries.
~ Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
~ Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
~ Demonstrated ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions.
~ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field.

Experience with cloud platforms (AWS) and data tools (Databricks, Grafana, Elasticsearch, Kibana).
Experience with Apache Spark and large-scale data processing.
