GSD Sports is developing its B2B ecosystem. It is invested in a sports equipment firm, looking to grow its roster.
You will be joining that new sports equipment start-up at its founding stage, working directly with a small team building a transparent and performance-driven brand. We intend to run a community company, a collective. As Brand & Marketing Intern, you will be our all-round marketing hire — rolling up your sleeves across research, brand, product, and communications to help build a compelling brand. You will report to the Head of Marketing and work closely with the Sales Team, Chief Product Officer, and CEO.
Market Research & Insight
Support consumer research programs — from questionnaire design and data collection through to insight activation
Organize and monitor product testing outcomes and help translate findings into actionable recommendations for marketing and product teams
Performance & Reporting
Help set up and maintain dashboards and tracking tools that give the team a clear view of brand and commercial performance
Analyze market data and sales performance,
surfacing trends and flagging opportunities or risks
Support regular reporting to the Head of Marketing, Sales Team, Chief Product Officer, and CEO
Brand Guardianship
Support the development and roll-out of the brand identity and guidelines
Ensure consistency of brand expression across all touchpoints — from product to communication to community
Act as a day-to-day guardian of the brand, making sure everything we put out looks, sounds, and feels like the brand
Manage packaging artwork processes — coordinating between design, production, and commercial teams
Brand Communication & Digital
Support the development of marketing campaigns — from brief through to execution
Oversee the production of creative assets, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies to deliver on time and on brand
Help manage and evolve the website, ensuring it is always accurate, on-brand, and optimized for th
