We work across content, CRM, paid media, brand and product marketing, combining data, creativity and experimentation to support sustainable business growth. We are looking for an ambitious, curious and hands-on Marketing Specialist who is comfortable working with data, coordinating campaigns, testing new ideas and collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Risk and leadership. Integrated Marketing Execution : Support the planning and execution of an integrated marketing strategy across brand, content, social media, SEO,



email, CRM and paid media, ensuring consistency across channels. Performance Marketing & Acquisition: Manage and optimize day-to-day B2 C acquisition campaigns across channels such as Meta, Google and Affiliates, monitoring key metrics including CAC, lead quality and Lead-to-Loan conversion.
Content & Brand Management : Coordinate the corporate blog, social media and content production, including copywriting, basic design support and editorial planning, helping maintain a clear and consistent brand positioning.
Campaign Coordination & Experimentation : Coordinate marketing campaigns across different platforms and channels, testing new messages, audiences, creatives and formats to identify opportunities to improve performance.
