We are looking for a Tax CoE process Expert to work in a multinational company. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life.
PURPOSE
Join our Global Business Services (GBS) team as a Integral Indirect Tax process expert and become a pivotal part of our Tax Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of tax operations within a leading international company. Your mission will be to spearhead transformative changes in tax determination, ensuring compliance and efficiency across our global invoice processes.
As a strategic partner, you will offer expert guidance to stakeholders, utilizing your tax acumen and IT savvy to deliver unique solutions. Your proactive mindset will lead the charge in continuous process enhancements,
where your ability to leverage automation and data analytics will drive impactful advancements.
Your responsibilities will include championing process improvements, collaborating with the Global Process Owner (GPO) organization to implement significant changes, and developing comprehensive training programs to support these initiatives. You will also play a critical role in GPO projects, influencing the design and rollout of global processes in the area of indirect taxes.
We are seeking an individual with a B/BS/MBA in Accounting and/or Tax, ideally combined with IT knowledge, and at least 4 years of relevant experience. Your advanced abilities to navigate ambiguity, lead change, and foster collaboration without borders will be key to your success. Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are essential, as is fluency in English (German is a plus).
