Behind the company is an experienced ownership group with a track record of building, scaling and exiting businesses, combined with strong financial and investor backing already at the pre-launch stage.
Now we need the person who can build our customer acquisition engine.
You will join before launch, while the brand, creative direction, acquisition channels and growth systems are still being built. If we get this right, the ambition is to scale internationally over the next 3-5 years.
You are not joining after the growth story. You are joining to help create it.
THE JOB
Ultimately, you will be responsible for one thing: bringing in new customers and building a system that can do it at scale.
That includes:
Helping shape the brand, positioning and visual presence
Building and running paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok and other relevant channels




Developing and testing creative, messaging, audiences and offers
Managing campaigns hands-on and continuously adjusting based on performance
Driving traffic, leads, registrations and ultimately paying customers
Working across landing pages, onboarding and conversion
Making sure tracking and attribution tell us what is actually working
Turning data and market feedback into the next round of tests
Understanding activation and retention, not just acquisition
Exploring organic growth, creators and UGC as additional growth channels
Identifying what works and scaling it across markets and increasingly significant budgets
Over time, building the team and setup needed to support international growth
