We're looking for a Control Tower Technical Support Specialist to join our Computing team in Madrid, supporting the Italian market (SEMA). In this role, you'll act as a key point of contact for customers, helping ensure the successful deployment, adoption, and follow-up of our Control Tower and WXP services. The position is based in Madrid and includes occasional travel to customer sites when required (approximately 25% of the time). What will you do? Lead customer onboarding activities for Control Tower and WXP services. Deliver presentations, reports, and service follow-up sessions related to Proactive Insight, Control Tower, and WXP.
Provide technical support to sales and pre-sales teams. Implement solutions tailored to customer projects and business requirements. Lead technical follow-up meetings and provide customer support throughout the service lifecycle.
Continuously learn and develop expertise on the products and solutions being implemented.
Identify opportunities for improvement and support end-to-end project tracking with customers and internal teams. Build strong relationships with customers in an international environment, ensuring a high-quality service experience. What are we looking for? Degree or professional training in Systems Administration, IT, or a related field. Fluent Italian (C2 level). Upper-intermediate English (B2 level or above). Knowledge of systems administration and server architecture.
Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and ability to work in international environments. Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Experience creating reports and presentations using Excel and Power Point is a plus. Interest in and practical use of AI tools in day-to-day work is valued.
