Director of Finance | Pre-Opening Luxury Resort | Ibiza, Spain

ZEST Resort & Spa is an exceptional new five-star luxury lifestyle resort overlooking the Mediterranean on Ibiza's spectacular west coast. Featuring luxury accommodation, destination restaurants, wellness experiences and world-class hospitality, ZEST is set to become one of the island's premier destinations.
As we prepare for opening, we are looking for an experienced Director of Finance to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the financial success of this landmark resort.
Reporting to the Regional Director of Finance , with a dotted line to the General Manager , you will lead all aspects of the resort's finance function—from pre-opening through to ongoing operations.
This is a rare opportunity to build a finance operation from the ground up, implement systems and controls, develop high-performing teams and act as a true commercial partner to the leadership team.

Lead the finance function for the resort and build a high-performing finance team.
• Deliver budgeting, forecasting,



cash flow management and financial planning.
• Drive EBITDA performance through commercial partnership with operational leaders.
• Monitor labour, payroll, food & beverage, purchasing and departmental costs.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, treasury, insurance, auditors and professional advisers.
• Lead all pre-opening finance activities including systems implementation, supplier set-up and banking arrangements.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation and business performance.

We're looking for a commercially focused finance leader who enjoys working in a fast-paced luxury hospitality environment.
Previous experience as a Director of Finance , Financial Controller or senior finance leader within luxury hotels.
