WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?

10+ years of experience

as a PM in Vulnerability Management, pentesting, remediation, and Offensive Security.

Solid understanding of the

vulnerability management lifecycle

(identification, assessment, prioritization, remediation, and retesting).

High-level knowledge of

Offensive Security and penetration testing delivery

(scoping, execution, reporting, and follow-up).

Hands‑on experience using

Azure DevOps

(backlog management, roadmap, tracking, and reporting).

Ability to understand and interpret

security findings , remediation status, retesting needs, and vendor reports.

Proven





cybersecurity delivery experience

working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Strong

stakeholder and vendor coordination

skills.

Curious, eager to learn , and continuously improve ways of working.

Product-focused and value-driven , with a deliverable‑oriented and proactive mindset.

Collaborative and autonomous , comfortable working closely with technical teams.

Servant‑leadership mindset : able to facilitate, remove blockers, and help teams deliver efficiently.

Fluent English

(spoken and written).

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

Coordinate

Vulnerability Management and Offensive Security initiatives end-to-end , from planning to closure.

Manage

pentest delivery : planning, scope definition, timelines, vendor coordination, report review, and retesting follow‑up.

Track

vulnerabilities, remediation actions, risks, dependencies, and blockers , ensuring clear prioritization and visibility.
