We're increasing our marketing presence and systemising it, and this role sits at the centre of that. Marketing strategy across all channels — you'll audit, plan, prioritise and present, then execute

~ Social media — LinkedIn, Instagram and the rest, with a genuine understanding of what each platform is for

~ YouTube strategy — working closely with our Creative Director on the content direction, optimisation and growth,



with a real grasp of retention, CTR and more

~ Content repurposing — finding opportunities in turning long-form video and shoots into Shorts, Reels, posts and email snippets that don't feel recycled

~ Reporting — connecting marketing activity to leads and listings, and presenting it clearly

Day-to-day tasks include analysing market trends, managing marketing projects and timelines, coordinating content and creative assets, tracking performance metrics, and reporting on campaign effectiveness. The role also includes identifying new opportunities for client engagement, optimizing lead generation, and supporting the continuous improvement of marketing processes.
