As a French-speaking Desk Account Manager Online in Benálmadena (Málaga), you'll help mid-market customers maximize the value of an AI-powered SaaS platform while driving product adoption, customer retention, and business growth.

Build and manage customer relationships, promoting the adoption and effective use of an AI-powered SaaS platform.
Manage subscription updates, commercial discussions,



and customer satisfaction to support long-term retention.
Track customer interactions, opportunities, and performance metrics using CRM tools, ensuring accurate pipeline management and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to business success.

2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B SaaS Sales .
~ Native or bilingual French and professional English .
~ Experience using Salesforce or other CRM platforms in a target-driven environment.
~ Knowledge of sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, MEDPIC, or Outcome Selling .

Full time, permanent Spanish contract: Monday to Thursday, 09:00 - 17:30 Friday 09:00 to 16:30
Salary 22.000 euros gross/year + up to 4.800 euros gross/year + medical insurance
Excellent office location in Benalmadena
