Control Risks is seeking a candidate with strong initiative to oversee all aspects of workstream and project delivery and business administration. The individual will be responsible for providing operational support in accordance with all project and company policies and procedures, as well as establishing and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and accelerate growth.

Client project coordination
Provide first level of client task management, processing client orders and recording them in internal system. Support the delivery management team with general day-to-day operational tasks and address potential issues when they arise
Update Client specific and general delivery trackers on a rolling basis

Provide internal and external reports on database usage
Manage and execute subcontractor purchasing process, verifying data input to ensure accuracy of purchase orders and corresponding supplier invoices
~ Review and support initiatives for the purchasing ordering and expenses process

Stakeholder management




Support the creation of training materials and lead on the creation of internal reference documents where required

Experience in Microsoft Office – especially Excel
Experience in SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
Excellent time management and prioritisation
Experience communicating remotely across jurisdictions via video call.
Education or work experience in compliance or business intelligence sector
