As an EMEA Benefits Senior Specialist, you will oversee the administration and governance of employee benefits across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, aligning with ERM’s people strategy. You will collaborate with global and regional reward teams, HR, and external providers to ensure compliant, cost-effective programs that support attraction, retention and employee wellbeing. You will drive process improvements and clear communication to enhance the employee experience while balancing local requirements with global standards. This role offers the opportunity to shape benefits across a diverse, multi-country region and contribute to broader HR transformation initiatives.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Maintain and govern the EMEA benefits portfolio aligned with global strategy
• Oversee regional benefits across multiple countries (pensions, healthcare, risk, flexible benefits)
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, tax, data privacy and employment laws
• Support market benchmarking and practical improvements to benefits competitiveness
• Manage relationships with insurers, brokers, providers, and benefits platforms
• Support renewals, invoicing, and financial processes with Finance
• Simplify and standardise benefits processes and governance




• Communicate benefits clearly to employees and support HR processes
• Maintain accurate benefits data, reporting and audits
• Assist with Mu0026A due diligence, integration planning and harmonisation of benefits
• Provide guidance on benefits queries and escalations
• Support local and regional reward projects and policy updates
• Provide guidance on employee lifecycle matters and HR processes
• Collaborate with People Services and HR Advisory teams to enhance the employee experience
Responsabilidades
• Experience with employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries
• Understanding of pensions, healthcare and risk benefits xqbhyrx
• Experience in a complex, matrixed, multi-country organisation
• Knowledge of benefits governance, compliance, renewals, vendor management and communications
• Ability to interpret local legislative and market requirements and translate into actions
• Experience with renewals, implementing new benefits and changes
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration
• Awareness of HR systems and benefits platforms
• Experience improving processes, documentation, governance and employee self-service
• Exposure to Mu0026A, benefits harmonisation or regional HR transformation (advantageous)
