In this role you will support large-scale transformation programs across Europe, focusing on change management, communications, learning, and business readiness. You will work with cross-functional teams to prepare for change, engage stakeholders, and accelerate adoption of new ways of working. The position sits within Accenture's Talent u0026amp; Organization CoE in Spain, contributing to meaningful business outcomes for international clients. You will shape change strategies, develop materials, and help build capability across organizations. • Support change management activities across transformation projects
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and impact assessments
• Prepare and execute communication and engagement plans
• Create communication materials, newsletters, intranet content, and updates
• Design and develop training materials and enablement resources
• Coordinate change champion networks

• Prepare client deliverables and project documentation
• Organize workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years of experience in Change Management, Communications, Learning u0026 Development, HR, Project Management, Consulting, or related fields
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to create professional presentations and materials
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Team-based and international collaboration xqbhyrx capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams; experience with Microsoft 365 tools
• Exposure to AI tools (Copilot or ChatGPT) is a strong asset
• Power BI experience is a plus
• Fluent French and English (spoken and written); Spanish or other languages a plus
• Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
