The Global Commissions team is a small, high-impact team based, currently composed of two core members. The team is responsible for managing the end-to-end sales commissions process globally, including data management, calculations, reporting, and stakeholder support.

The team works very closely with Finance, Sales, HR, and senior leadership (including ELT),



especially during commission plan design and implementation cycles. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will support the Commissions team in the administration and execution of global commission processes, as well as broader treasury-related activities.

You will work closely with senior team members and multiple stakeholders across Finance, Sales, and HR.

The role requires strong attention to detail, willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, particularly as commission plans are redesigned and implemented for upcoming fiscal years.

Supporting the end-to-end global commissions process, including data collection, validation, and preparation of reports
Assisting in maintaining clean and accurate commissions data across systems
Supporting the preparation of monthly commission calculations, payroll files, and employee statements (160+ employees)
