Senior Legal Counsel at SIX in Madrid, focusing on Mu0026amp;A within the Group Corporate Centre Legal team. Responsabilidades
• Master's degree in law
• Bar admission in Spain or another relevant European jurisdiction
• 5+ years of professional experience in a law firm or the financial sector
• Strong expertise in Mu0026A and corporate law
• Experience in competition law and/or financial market regulation is an advantage xqbhyrx
• Strong stakeholder management skills with senior leadership and external contacts
• Independent, pragmatic, solution-oriented mindset; discretion with sensitive matters
• Affinity for technology and digital tools; proficiency in Microsoft 365; fluency in English and Spanish
