As an Account Manager for the DACH market, you will nurture long-term client relationships and translate needs into tailored growth strategies. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to drive satisfaction, retention, and expansion, while educating clients on new features. In a fast-paced startup culture, you’ll own client success, advocate for customers, and contribute to continuous improvement.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and deepen client relationships with a focus on satisfaction and retention
• Develop personalized sales strategies including cross-sell, upsell, and churn management
• Provide prompt, tailored after-sales support and proactive communication
• Promote new products and features aligned to client use cases




• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, relaying feedback
• Conduct regular video meetings to demo product updates and strengthen relationships

• Fluent English
• Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles
• Ambitious, proactive, and team-oriented with strong organizational skills
