In this role, you will redesign and validate integral courier payment structures to boost rider engagement while ensuring efficiency and fairness across the logistics network. You’ll blend data modeling, analysis, and experimentation to influence key operational KPIs and guide a scalable investment strategy. You work closely with cross-functional partners to address rider needs and translate insights into measurable actions. This is an opportunity to shape how Glovo rewards riders at a global scale.

• Explore optimal logistics payment structures to maximize rider engagement globally
• Redesign courier payment framework to improve key metrics and reward factors like vehicle, distance, weight, and peak-hour availability
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities shaping operational investment
• Own the experimentation process (A/B tests, switchback tests) to validate changes before rollout




• Monitor KPI performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights
• Understand local and regional rider needs to inform design decisions
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Maths or another STEM field
• 2+ years in a data analytics role translating insights into business actions and measuring impact
• Advanced SQL for complex querying
• Python for data analysis and orchestration
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker, xqbhyrx Tableau, PowerBI)
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication to explain complex analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Fluent English
