From Granada, you will play an important role in supporting our Codomo locations across Spain and Portugal. As Operations Specialist, you're the connecting link that helps ensure our day-to-day operations behind the scenes are well organized and run smoothly.
You'll work in an international and growing environment where no two days are the same. You enjoy bringing structure, can easily switch between different priorities and take ownership of your work. With your organized and proactive approach, you help our locations and teams work efficiently and continue to grow.
What will you do?
You ensure that our operational and administrative processes are well organized and properly followed up:
- Coordinate operational activities and monitor actions, deadlines and agreements for our locations in Spain and Portugal
- Manage documentation and keep spreadsheets,



reports and operational overviews up to date
- Support administrative and operational processes
- Coordinate with internal teams, local colleagues, suppliers and other external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to make processes smarter or more efficient and proactively implement improvements
- Support different Codomo locations and occasionally travel between locations in Spain and Portugal when needed

What does your day look like?
You start your day by reviewing open actions and determining priorities. Throughout the day, you switch between administration, reporting and coordinating with colleagues and external partners. You maintain an overview across different locations and ensure information is up to date and actions are completed.
