As a Financial Data Analyst at ServiZurich, you will support integral employee benefits solutions by delivering data-driven insights to cross-functional teams. You will work with Sales, Underwriting, and Finance to produce portfolio analyses and performance reports, streamline data processes, and monitor key metrics. The role emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service to multinational clients. Responsabilidades
• University degree in analytical numerical field preferred (Finance/Accounting, Data Science, Math, or Statistics)
• 3–5 years of relevant work experience
• Basic knowledge of the insurance business preferred
• Strong data administration and management capabilities
• Ability to work with large datasets across segments
• Strong communication, presentation, project management, and relationship skills
• Proven experience in financial reporting xqbhyrx or accounting
• Advanced Excel; Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred
• Business fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong organizational skills and deadline management
• Team player with proactive attitude and attention to detail
