In this role you will join Turner u0026amp; Townsend's Cost Management division in Spain to manage cost control across real estate projects. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver accurate estimates, cost plans, procurement and contract administration, and final accounts. You will support tendering and pre/post‑contract activities, driving value and risk management for projects. This is a chance to progress quickly within a collaborative, client‑focused team at a leading global firm.

Responsabilidades
• Recognized Degree Qualification
• Relevant QS/Cost Manager experience, xqbhyrx ideally in consultancy
• Experience in real estate construction projects
• Motivated, able to work independently
• Excellent written and spoken English; Spanish preferred with strong bid/report writing skills
