Now, let’s make sure you’re a good fit for the role: Key Responsibilities * Design, build, and deploy production-ready AI agents that solve real-world business challenges across multiple industries. * Own the complete Agent Development Lifecycle (ADLC), from discovery and proof of value through production deployment and continuous optimization. * Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to understand business problems, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes. * Build scalable, maintainable, and high-performance full-stack applications that integrate modern AI capabilities.



* Develop reusable frameworks, tooling, and best practices for implementing AI agents. * Partner with Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence platform capabilities based on customer needs. * Experiment with emerging AI technologies and rapidly evaluate new models, frameworks, and architectures. * Drive technical discussions with both engineering teams and executive stakeholders. Must-have Skills * 5+ years of Strong Software Engineering fundamentals, including system design, scalability, algorithms, and design patterns. * Extensive experience building and deploying production software. * Deep hands-on experience with TypeScript and React. * Ability to quickly adapt across different full-stack technologies and architectures. * Experience designing scalable APIs and distributed systems. * Proven ability to own projects end-to-end * Hands-on experience building applications powered by Large Language M
