Les Roches, a leading institution in hospitality management education, is seeking a highly organized and proactive Global Marketing Project Coordinator to join our international Marketing team. Key Responsibilities: * Coordinate and manage multiple marketing projects across campuses and international markets. * Act as the main liaison between the Marketing Department and internal stakeholders. * Coordinate the creation and update of marketing materials, brochures, and brand collateral. * Manage website updates, landing page projects, and content accuracy. * Coordinate email marketing campaigns and student newsletters throughout the customer journey. * Collaborate with Graphic Design, Admissions, Career Services, Student Services, Faculty, and external providers. * Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines, timelines, and marketing objectives. Key Qualifications: * Proven experience in marketing coordination, project management, or a similar role.



* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience with website management, email marketing, and marketing collateral production. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Experience in an international, education, hospitality, or service-oriented environment is highly valued.
