- Manage routine merchant classification and data enrichment accurately
- Support recurring customer payment, reconciliation, and reward payout processes
- Operate manual fallbacks for automated product features to maintain seamless customer experiences
- Identify recurring patterns and friction points in manual workflows
- Collaborate with the Product team to implement operational improvements
