Your main responsibilities




- Negotiating and drafting lease agreements for parking spaces owned by major real estate firms and public authorities (MOUs, lease contracts, amendments, and settlement agreements).
- Drafting and reviewing service agreements, commercial partnership contracts, and NDAs.
- Managing legal matters related to lease agreements, including claims, work agreements, and dispute resolutions.
- Handling rental operations, such as inventory checks, rent payments, deposit management, and contract compliance.
- Reviewing legal documents and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Mitigating risks by overseeing disputes and optimizing lease-related costs.
- Preparing reports (LEASUP) and ensuring timely legal documentation.

Requirements for this position
- Master’s degree in Real Estate Law with at least 2 years of experience in lease management (commercial, civil, construction, or CBI leases).
- A detail-oriented, autonomous, and adaptable professional eager to handle diverse legal topics in a
