Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical interface for the company’s energy storage products, providing professional technical support to distributors, installers,



and service partners throughout project delivery and after-sales processes
- Responsible for onsite installation guidance, commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of energy storage systems, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve system issues
- Support technical analysis for residential and C&I; ESS projects, including communication, EMS, inverter, and battery system related issues
- Handle customer complaints and technical escalation cases, coordinate internal resources, and drive issue resolution to improve customer satisfaction
- Maintain close communication with R&D; and product teams, provide feedback on onsite issues and product improvement suggestions, and support continuous product optimization
- Collect and organize onsite operational data, service reports, and technical documentation to ensure accurate and complete service records
